"Being a traveller had allowed me to experience many different management styles. It has made me be very flexible. You have to be able to adapt to any established routine and not try to make the departments change for you. You end up working with many people who never leave the facility that they trained at and they only know that one way. There are many ways to take an x-ray and this needs not to be an issue when entering a new department to work.
