How much can I make?

With Resources On Call®'s premium rates, you can make the equivalent of a year's salary in much less time. In most cases, you can make the same amount you make in a healthcare facility in about two-thirds of the time. Or you can treat yourself to some much deserved time off and see no drop in your income. So the answer really depends on what is important to you – the opportunity to accrue wealth or the freedom to work when you want.

Do I have to pay upfront for travel for later reimbursement?

No. Some other companies expect that, but at Resources On Call you'll never travel on your own dime. We make all the arrangements and pay for them upfront, in full.

What type of housing do you provide?

Our goal is to always provide private apartments for your comfort and safety. When apartments or short-term leases are not available in the area you are working, we use hotels that include refrigerators and microwaves. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your housing, we want to know immediately.

What areas of the country could I expect to see?

This is where the spirit of adventure comes in. Last year we had medical personnel working in all 50 states, and we never know where the next hospital needing you will be located. If you have strong personal preferences and strong skills, we will market you to the areas of the country you prefer.

Can you keep me busy?

If you are willing to work most anywhere in the US and are not opposed to occasionally working different shifts, then the likelihood of keeping you as busy as you want to be is great. The demand for Resources On Call's high-quality technologists exceeds the supply.

What kind of person makes the best traveler?

A person who loves his work and life, is self-confident, wants to grow and gain new skills, and who is willing to try new ways of doing things.

I'm afraid to leave my hospital position because I will lose my health insurance. What can I do?

First, you should be aware of your right by federal law to continue coverage under your current group plan for the next 18 months. That plan is called COBRA. In any case, there is no need to worry because after a qualification period, Resources On Call, offers comprehensive medical.
